Research interest
Group dynamics, that is not a traditional group dynamics, originally born in the
U.S., in which small group behavior is studied by laboratory experiment, but a
new group dynamics in which the dynamic nature of human collectivities or groups
is investigated by looking at the collectivity or group as a whole and how the
life-world that appears in front of each person is socially constructed in a collectivity
or a group is explored.
